Country Co-ordinator, Ghana

Letitia has over 20 years of experience working with governmental agencies, non-governmental organizations, and private sector organizations in Ghana. She has experience working with donor-funded programs within Ghana and Cote D’Ivoire in organizations such as CARE international, Mennonite Economic Development Associates (MEDA), Technoserv Inc., Winrock International, Fair-Trade Africa, Agronomes et Vétérinaires Sans Frontières (AVSF), and the IFAD funded Ghana Agriculture Sector Investment Program (GASIP), which is implemented under the Ministry of Food and Agriculture (MOFA). Letitia has worked extensively in agriculture value chains, resilient market systems, development of SMEs, all within the One Health framework. She is passionate about supporting vulnerable groups and communities, with an emphasis on supporting gender equality and social inclusion through gender transformative approaches and women and youth empowerment interventions, along with advocacy and campaigns.

Letitia holds a Master's of Science degree in Development Policy and planning from the University of Science and Technology, Ghana. She enjoys music and trying recipes.
